The Firehouse Elite Pro Shop opens at midnight on the 20th of each month and closes at 11:59 PM on the 1st of the following month.
RETURN POLICY
All Firehouse Elite Pro Shop items are made-to-order and are NOT eligible for return or refund. Every product listing includes the brand, make, style number, and size chart/dimensions (when applicable) for maximum transparency in sizing and fit. Items may be accepted for exchange on a case-by-case basis.
ORDER PROCESSING
When should I expect my order?
All orders from the Firehouse Elite Pro Shop are pre-orders. After the shop closes on the 1st, production begins on all items. Please allow for a turnaround time of 10-14 business days after the closing of the Pro Shop for delivery.
How do I get my order?
All pro shop items will be packaged, labeled, and placed in the Firehouse Elite lobby for pick-up.
Do you offer shipping?
We do not offer shipping at this time.
I made a mistake on my order! What do I do?
Reach out to our Pro Shop staff at firehouseeliteproshop@gmail.com before the Pro Shop closes for the month (11:59 PM on the 1st) after which time orders go into production. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
